邱宪波,工学博士、教授、博士生导师,北京化工大学微流控芯片生物医学工程研究中心主任。美国宾夕法尼亚大学(University of Pennsylvania)博士后/研究助理(2006-2011),厦门大学副教授。从2002年至今,围绕“基础理论/方法创新-工程技术瓶颈突破-产业化应用”,主要从事:智能医学检测与创新仪器、微流控芯片与生化传感、光机电系统与POCT检测装置、生物医学信息处理与人工智能建模的基础及应用研究。在国际著名出版公司参与出版英文专著两章。在Sensors and Actuators B: ChemicalLab on a ChipTrends in Analytical ChemistryAnalytica Chimica ActaTalanta等国内外知名期刊及会议发表论文100余篇,总引用2500余次。担任Nature Biomedical Engineering等期刊审稿人。申请或授权发明专利70项(国际专利2项,美国专利6项,韩国专利2项,印度专利1项,非洲专利1项)。作为技术负责人或核心人员,先后成功研发了96孔荧光定量实时PCR仪、便携式血糖仪、便携式心脏起搏器无线程控仪、免疫荧光检测仪、免疫胶体金检测仪、全自动一体化HIV快速诊断微流控芯片系统(免疫/核酸)、微流控对流PCR核酸检测系统、一体化核酸自动提取微流控芯片系统、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数检测微流控芯片系统、离心式微流控芯片及仪器、等温扩增检测微流控芯片及仪器等,多项研究成果实现了产业化应用。曾获得上海市科技进步三等奖、上海市高校学生“创造发明三枪杯奖”、中国过程控制学会中国过程控制年会张钟俊青年优秀论文二等奖、中国仪器仪表学会中国信息获取与处理年会优秀论文一等奖,北京化工大学2020年度重要科技进展等各类奖励。承担国家自然科学基金(面上)、国家科技重大专项子课题、北京化工大学双一流重大建设项目、中央高校基本科研业务费项目、北京化工大学-中日友好医院生物医学转化工程研究中心联合基金项目、及若干企事业单位合作课题。
