祝海江，北京化工大学教授，博士生导师。2004年7月于中国科学院自动化研究所模式识别国家重点实验室毕业，获得工学博士学位，同年进入北京化工大学信息学院工作。2006年于日本国立岩手大学工学部做访问学者。主要研究领域为图像处理及计算机视觉，超声信号检测及成像等。担任北京市人工智能学会理事、中国图象图形学学会三维视觉专委会委员等。主持并参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、中央高校基本科研业务费等项目；在国内外期刊共计发表论文60余篇。
