Research Interests

在生物医学工程领域,立足信息科学(仪器科学、自动化及检测技术),将信息工程技术与生命科学、生物医学相互结合,开展微流控芯片、生物医学诊断仪器及装置相关的多学科交叉研究:
(1) 微流控芯片(Microfluidic and Lab-on-a-Chip system)
(2) 生物医学诊断装置与仪器(Biomedical instrument and device)
(3) 现场快速检测芯片系统与仪器(System and device for in vitro diagnostics in point-of-care settings)

在微流控芯片、生物医学诊断仪器领域,承担了多项企事业单位合作研究课题,取得了多项研究成果。自2002年进入生物医学工程领域以来,作为技术负责人或核心人员,先后成功研发了96孔荧光定量实时PCR仪、便携式血糖仪、便携式心脏起搏器无线程控仪、免疫荧光检测仪、免疫胶体金检测仪、全自动HIV核酸诊断微流控芯片系统(免疫/核酸)、微流控对流PCR扩增检测系统、一体化核酸自动提取微流控芯片系统、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数检测微流控芯片系统等各类生物医学诊断仪器及微流控芯片系统,其中部分研究成果已经成功实现产业化,或达到了产业化水平。

曾获得上海市科技进步三等奖、上海市发明协会上海市高校学生“创造发明三枪杯奖”、中国过程控制学会中国过程控制年会张钟俊青年优秀论文二等奖、中国仪器仪表学会中国信息获取与处理年会优秀论文一等奖, 3rd Class Award of Conference Poster Contest, “Lab-on-a-chip for point-of-care nucleic acid based testing”, The Annual "Discovery to Commercialization Conference" of the Nanotechnology Institute,Philadelphia, USA, 2009等各类奖励。
