邱宪波,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。2006年毕业于上海交通大学控制理论与控制工程专业,获工学博士学位,2006.12-2011.3,美国宾夕法尼亚大学(UPenn)博士后/研究助理。在生物医学工程领域,尤其是POCT(Point-of-Care Testing)现场快速检测领域,重点围绕:1)POCT核酸快速检测;2)POCT免疫检测;3)POCT集成微流控/纸基检测平台,开展“基础理论/方法创新-工程技术瓶颈突破-产品产业化应用”一体化交叉学科研究。自2016年,担任北京化工大学微流控芯片生物医学工程研究中心主任。担任中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会理事。曾担任SCI期刊客座编辑,长期担任SCI期刊审稿人。多次在国际/国内重要学术会议作特邀学术报告。截止2020年3月,在Springer参与出版学术专著一章,在国内外主流期刊共发表60余篇学术论文(SCI论文:40余篇,论文总引用1200余次);相关成果申请/授权发明专利近50余项(2项PCT国际发明专利,4项美国发明专利)。作为技术负责人或核心人员,先后成功研发了荧光定量实时PCR仪、便携式血糖仪、心脏起搏器无线程控仪、免疫荧光/胶体金检测仪、HIV核酸诊断集成微流控系统、微流控对流PCR扩增检测系统、核酸自动提取微流控系统、及多指标联合检测微流控系统等,其中多项成果成功实现产业化。主持科研项目包括:2项国家自然科学基金(面上项目)、1项国家科技重大专项子课题、1项福建省科学技术厅重大项目、1项北京化工大学双一流重大建设项目,2项中央高校基本科研业务费项目、1项北京化工大学-中日友好医院生物医学转化工程研究中心联合基金项目,及若干科研院所与企业的研究课题。曾获得2004年上海市科技进步三等奖、2003年上海市高校学生“创造发明三枪杯奖”、2005年中国过程控制年会张钟俊青年优秀论文二等奖、及2005年中国信息获取与处理年会优秀论文一等奖等奖励。通信地址:北京市朝阳区北三环东路15号北京化工大学信息学院210室。电子邮箱:xbqiu@mail.buct.edu.cn
