Babatunde A Ogunnaike教授,2009年当选为美国化学工程师学会(AIChE) Fellow2012年当选为美国国家工程院院士和尼日利亚国家工程院院士,2015年当选为美国国家发明家科学院院士,2016年当选为美国科学促进会(AAAS) FellowOgunnaike教授早年就职于美国杜邦公司,任研究发展中心高级研究员,2003年全职加入特拉华大学,现任美国特拉华大学工程学院院长,化学工程William L. Friend首席教授,北京化工大学信息学院名誉教授

Babatunde A. Ogunnaike教授是化工、生物等过程控制领域的顶级专家,在复杂系统动态的深层动态行为分析、创新性设计、操作控制与优化等方面都取得了突出的成绩,其中所涉猎的复杂系统范围非常广泛,从宏观尺度下的聚合反应过程、纳米复合材料生产过程、注塑机、太阳能电动汽车到微观尺度下的细胞级或生理级的生物反应过程。发表国际学术论文300余篇,其中国际期刊论文100余篇;获得多项国际期刊最佳论文奖、国际会议最佳论文奖,并多次受邀在各种国际会议中做大会主题报告。Babatunde A. Ogunnaike教授还出版了五部专著,其中《Process Dynamics, Modeling and Control》和《Random Phenomena: Fundamentals of Probability and Statistics for Engineers》两部专著作被美国各大学作为化学工程专业教材广泛使用,并获得高度评价。
