杨鹏飞,男,甘肃平凉人,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2013年于中国科学院大学(培养单位:中国科学院电子学研究所)获博士学位(硕博连读)。2015年北京大学博士后出站,2018~2025年在北京信息科技大学理学院工作,20261月入职北京化工大学信息科学与技术学院。中国能源研究会电力传感和智能分析专委会委员,中关村电力产业技术联盟智能感知技术专委会委员,IEC/TC101国际电工委员会静电技术委员会国内对口专家,全国微机电技术标准化技术委员会能源领域MEMS技术标准化研究组专家。

长期从事MEMS电场敏感元件研制及其在航空航天、智能电网、石油石化等领域应用研究。主持国家重点研发计划课题(2项)、北京市科委重大专项、国家自然科学基金(青年、重点子任务)等11项;研制出了分辨力指标达到当时国际报道最好水平的MEMS电场敏感元件,已应用到多种电场/电压探测传感器产品中;发表论文61篇;主持制定团体标准1项,参编行业标准2项;授权美国专利2项,欧洲专利、奥地利、德国专利各1项,授权中国发明专利20余项,1项已实现成果转化,金额为399.92万元。研究成果荣获北京市科学技术奖一等奖等省部级奖励3项。讲授本科课程《误差理论与数据处理》。
