陈娟,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,控制科学与工程学科主任。

1999年获得哈尔滨工业大学导航制导工程硕士,2006年获北京化工大学控制科学与工程博士学位。

主要研究方向为:检测与智能检测、人工智能及其应用,先进控制方法,多变量控制方法,系统优化及软测量技术等。担任中国人工智能学会机器学习专业委员会委员。主持了国家自然科学基金3项,中石油青年基金1项,中石油风险基金1项,企业横向课题5。中国发明专利授权3项,发表SCI/EI收录论文90余篇,其中SCI Top收录5篇。
